  I needed a Rx renewal for my contact lenses. Check-in went well. The exam went well. Everything after that was a problem. I’ve had an axis of 80 for the past 25 years. Last year my they changed it to 90 and I’ve been miserable. At this appointment I asked if we could go back to the 80 axis since I’ve had trouble with the 90 and know the 80 works. Greyson Ramos, OD wouldn’t listen! He made the sweet receptionist order the 90 axis. Told me I had to try them and prove they weren’t good enough. It doesn’t matter that I’ve had both. It does matter I’m nauseous with the 90. Doesn’t matter I’m asking to autonomous with my own care. I’ve never been so frustrated over a simple contact prescription. If I ever come back, which I probably won’t, I’ll definitely ask for another eye doc. I am however very grateful for the receptionist doing her best to advocate on my behalf. It’s unfortunate Ramos refused to listen to his patient or even rejoin the video chat so I could better explain myself.

  Had a great experience getting new prescription sunglasses. I have a complicated prescription with high nearsightedness, severe astigmatism, and now I also need progressive. The people that work here are very helpful and kind and the lab is in house, and whoever did my glasses really knows what they're doing. Highly recommend them!

  The best experience ive ever had in getting glasses 2 pair in 28 minutes and the price could not be beat 80 $ and great staff and friendly as well....

  Always pleasant and helpful. My glasses were delivered as expected and the rep was kind enough to adjust/repair my current eyeglasses which were purchased elsewhere.

  Niki, that handled the exam was great, she explained everything she was doing in detail, throughout the entire time . She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she loved her job. When I came out to buy my frames, I was trying on alot of them and had the help of Reba, she helped me as I was trying on and making sure I was getting proper glass frames forvthe need of my particular lenses prescription. Inbound a pair and said, I like these, she could have made a sale right then, but she said ....they are too small for your face, I didn't have a clue. At that moment I knew she was a professional, not there just to make a sale, but to help me make the perfect choice for frames and fit. I went on to try on many frames and then I found one I liked, looked at her and she said it was a good choice. I walked away very happy, and content on the choice I made. I picked them up a week later, and put them on, I have wore them the last two whole days, everything's seems so much brighter. I will definitely go there for my next glasses.
