I called for assistance and “Crystal” in the phone wanted to give me her anecdotal opinion of what I should do. I asked her just to please relay the message to the Dr…. I have been wearing contact lenses for 35 years. I know when something is not right. I believe something wasn’t correct in the actual exam and received my previous prescription at my request because the new contact didn’t fit correctly . I couldn’t see my computer screen clearly out of my left eye and It felt like my eye was being scratched as well. After receiving new lenses I had to go back in to ask for the prescription to be updated. At this time e the Dr. apologies and said they are just “busy “ sometimes. Now I feel my exam wasn’t done correctly and am requesting a refund and I will go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
