- CGChristy GraboveJan 13, 20261.0This office charged me $791 for a single xray of one tooth, numbing injection, crown removal, and gingivectomy. Told me I needed to have $2,894 more of work because she said I needed a bone graft and partial plate and the rest of the tooth removed. She didn’t remove the tooth that day (which should have been done) because of an old wrist injury. Said the tooth had 4 roots. #1 I should have been informed on my 1st phone call for tooth pain that an extraction would have to wait for 3 WEEKS because SHE CAN’T DO EXTRACTIONS HERSELF #2 Dr Willoughby insisted I needed a bone graft and partial plate MINIMUM (tried to get me to do a bridge that costs $7,113.00 which I can’t afford). #3 when I went back for the procedure the other DDS was impatient and rude (my blood pressure was up and even though I reduced the #of procedures from 3 to 2 ie: no partial plate till I could pay for it) she wouldn’t give me 5 minutes to get my blood pressure down. I was ONLY offered 1 pain relief option-apparently they don’t have gas or propofol! All they have is a drug that can’t be given if your BP is high. I have never heard of a DDS that only has ONE PAIN RELIEF OPTION. I went to an Oral Surgeon. That Dr said ‘Can’t tell how many roots a tooth has without a CT scan, don’t have to have a bone graft or partial plate’. I would NOT use this DDS!
