This company made a mistake in coding a session. It resulted in me receiving a bill. I called about the bill, was told it was a mistake on their end but the could not fix it. I would have to call billing and ask them to recode it. I called billing asked very nicely for them to recode it and file it again. That was on April 23rd. The bill is now 245 days past due. I have called multiple times and today I got hung up on. They are not capable of taking responsibility for their own mistake and fixing it. They put the mistake off on the customer to fix and then are not capable of fixing it. I am extremely frustrated and have called 8 times now and it is still not resolved.

This place is ridiculous. My daughter waited 6 weeks to be seen and they cancelled her appointment the day before because I hadn’t finished all of the paperwork. They texted me to let me know that it had been canceled and when I called to try to give them the rest of the information they so desperately needed before the appointment, they refused to take the information, keep the appointment or even reschedule the appointment for a future date. Don’t waste your time like I did trying to be seen by this bunch of unsympathetic people. Very unprofessional group of mental health professionals.

Counseling is a great space to process life. Life is hard and sometimes guidance to change thought patterns is helpful. I really like my counselor. I recommend CBT counseling because I agree with their practices.
