Ashley was so patient & caring in finding a solution to my unusual hearing loss issues, trying several different products & then referring me to another ENT for a 2nd opinion. Because of this, we found the correct kind of hearing aid system that addressed my issues & gave me back a workable solution that restored my ability to hear at a level & clarity that made communication possible at a much better level than I had anticipated. I cannot say enough about Ashley's compassion, caring, knowledge & professionalism; she is the best.
