Online description calls it a light movement and deep stretching class, but it felt more of a workout class with little stretching. I was on the waitlist, but luckily able to join (even though the receptionist mentioned she couldn’t give up her spot), so I didn’t “get” the following free Intro class that I had originally registered for. Overall experience at Club Pilates Biltmore Park was ok.

I was given until April 2nd to use my credits but once they seen I left a bad review they went ahead & removed all my credits that I had already paid for. They can not keep their word. Do better. Ive already reached out to my bank regarding this.

What THEY DONT TELL YOU when you sign up for the membership is the lack of scheduling. They offer several classes throughout the day. For reformer 1 as a beginner it is ALWAYS booked out. The amount of times I’ve added myself to the waitlist & never got in. They promote the waitlist so much but it never gets opened. I reached out to cancel the membership which they did but what they don’t tell you is the credits to pay for get deleted & can’t use the app anymore because of the membership cancellation. How do they expect me to use all my credits when reformer 1 is always booked. I never asked for a refund I asked to still be able to use my credit after my membership was cancelled. They completely ignored my question. They promote well being but can’t hold up to their values. I would recommend going somewhere else they are always busy. Stop accepting new customers if you never have any openings. Taking our money & not offering services is unacceptable. Be a better person/business. So disappointed. I had so many friends wanting to join but told them not to bother because of this.
