- LSL SNov 19, 20251.0My review is not based on the therapy provided here. It's their billing! Had an appointment in May, insurance did not seem to be filled in a timely manner, in fact, it was 5 months after! They sent me a bill and charged my card, without warning, at the same exact time. When I reached out, they were just like, sorry. You agreed to this. But no warning? It was actually not a good time for the charge for our family, and it's the holidays. I've I'd gotten the bill 5 months ago, I would've paid it then. Charging people's card without warning is NOT okay.
