- VWV. WrightMar 25, 20265.0Dr. Hayden of Biltmore Family Medicine helped me get through the most trying period of my adult life. 2 years ago, I suddenly began to experience intense GI pain. Although I had been a patient at Biltmore Family Medicine for some time, I had never needed so much care and analysis for so many debilitating and unidentifiable problems at once. He walked me through all of my options, appointment after appointment, helping me to assess possible triggers and schedule visits with specialists that could help me to find other clues as to what had gone awry. He found the best medicine, and helped me to get it at the lowest cost, and he really listened to me every time that we sat down to follow up on my progress, in spite of the fact that we kept going through the same rigamarole, for months on end. But he also had frank conversations with me about the mental health concerns that could be manifesting themselves in the form of my symptoms. All said and done, I don't think that there are more genuine, invested professionals in the field in WNC than Dr. Hayden. Now, more than 24 months after my rapid weight loss started, I have gained back 40 lbs of muscle and am living a happier life. I am forever grateful for his service, and for the service of all the Biltmore Family Medicine staff.
