  Dr Cross and his assistant were Outstanding! They listened carefully to my issues, then performed the back skin pricks and arm injections in a very professional manner. The results (which showed more allergic reactions than I expected) and the 2 options to treat (recurring injections to reduce sensitivity or medicines to reduce the allergic effects) were fully discussed as to the pros and cons for each. I highly recommend Dr Cross at Allergy Partners in Arden NC for anyone suffering from allergies.

  Very friendly and professional stuff, today’s visit was for my daughter and my child was really happy and comfortable with everybody also very professional doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you. I am 100% recommend this clinic.

  I have been going here for a long time for my allergy shots and have always had a good experience. Recently, my toddler daughter had a visit with Dr. Smallwood for the first time. I had not met him previously myself. All I can say is that he was absolutely wonderful with her and in explaining everything to us. She wasn't scared to have testing done because of him. There was a minor mishap later and he personally called to talk to me and make the situation right. I am so impressed with that action as that is so rare in the medical field these days to even get to talk to a doctor directly on the phone. I am so grateful for him taking the time to do that. I highly recommend Dr. Smallwood and the team at Allergy Partners!

  Nurse Mary was great and super friendly during my visit. Dr. Smallwood was also one of the best doctors I’ve ever met with. So helpful in explaining eosinophilic esophagitis, which I’ve been dealing with for a years, but I never had a doctor explain it so thoroughly. I really appreciate how personal he made this visit and was open to any & all questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an allergist!
