I have never had a pharmacy not honor their own contracted price with goodrx, however the staff here gave me an unnecessarily hard time. One tried to explain their costs of doing business with goodrx. Another tried to say that goodrx provides only estimated prices (no, the pharmacy agrees on a set price with goodrx). Overall unfortunate and not an experience I was expecting from a retail pharmacy.

In what can be a stressful situation for some patients, particular staff have provided no support or empathy to their community- something that is an integral part of a health profession, even if just being a local grocery store pharmacy. Will not be using them for my prescriptions any longer.
