The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the entire process of scheduling and checking in was completely hassle-free. I really appreciated that there was no long wait time to see the doctor, which is rare these days. The doctor was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful during my exam. When it came time to pick out my glasses, I was happy to find a great selection of frames that weren't overly costly. Plus, the fact that they accept my insurance made the whole experience smooth and affordable. I’m so happy with my new glasses and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a stress-free eye appointment!

- MNMichelle NguyenNov 7, 20251.0Posting on behalf of my mom: Dr. Bass is amazing - but the office staff is horrible. My mom ordered glasses here and were promised it would be ready in a week. Three weeks go by and we call the office twice no one returns calls. So stupid. She ends up driving to the office and there they were. Not a single courtesy call to let her know. The guy trying to locate the glasses was rude too and didn’t even bother to adjust her glasses or offer to clean the lenses. Won’t ever be back.
