Three weeks go by and we call the office twice no one returns calls. So stupid. She ends up driving to the office and there they were. Not a single courtesy call to let her know. The guy trying to locate the glasses was rude too and didn’t even bother to adjust her glasses or offer to clean the lenses. Won’t ever be back.

- EYErin YoungJul 21, 20181.0The only optometrist I’ve ever been to that tries to charge you the full price of contacts before running your insurance and reimburses you later. Dr. Booth seems charismatic but is actually just a salesman. My mom asked for a sample of a very specific kind of contact but when we picked up what they’d prepared it was something completely different. Booth told me he was sure I would have to pay full price for a contact lens exam even though my insurance covers 90% of it. Charged my mom extra for her eye exam because she has progressive vision. Also told me they stop doing contact fittings at 3:45 even though it’s never taken more than 20 minutes and tried to make me feel bad for needing a later appointment. Generally a poor experience.

Besides the nice staff, I have always liked the dynamic duo husband and wife optometry team of Michael and Elana. They are serious about their eye care, but willing to spend as much time with you as you want. Thorough examinations. With their "family practice", kids, dogs, softball, burgers, cello and more, how can you not like these folks?
