Aside from the constant overcrowding and having to be in line for machines, some of the staff are extremely rude as well. Minding my business working out quietly trainer just comes up to me repeatedly to give me advice and say that members are complaining about the noise when people are deadlifting on the platforms and that members need to use less weight. Been to many other gyms in the past that had good deadlifting platforms which wouldn’t make noise but aside from them not having those and then rudely interrupting a member’s workout is infuriating. Only reason to attend this gym would be the lower cost because otherwise the experience is much worse with rude trainers that I didn’t even ask advice for unlike lifetime fitness nearby.
I joined before the gym opened and I am so happy! It is clean and welcoming and I am going 3 times more often than I planned. I have enjoyed the classes/instructors and personal training, as well as the equipment. Everything is top notch compared to other gyms I have used. I am fitness level beginner and everyone has been so friendly and encouraging, it does not feel intimidating to show up and go at my own pace. Shout out especially to Charnelle, Adriana, Candis, Talia, Jody A and Mark A who have had such an impact on my experience of this gym. Thank you!
I’ve been working out at community gyms my entire life and I can say without a shadow of a doubt the team at the Apex OneLife Fitness offers the best level of service I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely care and want to ensure you enjoy your workout, but not only that, the want you to feel like you’re part of their tight gym community with the right encouragement to keep you on your journey. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, while all the facilities feel clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the rates are absolutely reasonable for what you experience. Finally, knowing Chris the General Manager is at the helm provides the reassurance the overall experience won’t slip. His professionalism and pride is his work is what you always want to see. Thank you OneLife Fitness.

Great gym, super clean and a quick summary of why they earned the 5 five star. So I had discovered the gym through a friend who invited me with a one day guest pass, which I did and had a great workout session, sauna, cold plunge pool (super rare to see) and pool, however, I left my driver license at front desk when checking in. I came back two days later to pick it up and since its 30 minute drive for me decided to grab change of cloths and inquire about single day pass to see how much it would cost. I walked in, got my ID right away and asked an employee, Malik, remember the name, how much for a day pass would run me. Without hesitation he said where's your workout cloths, go grab it. Without second thought I did exactly that, when I returned to the front desk another employee told me I am all good to get started. Asked again how much day pass would be, I was told again you're good, Malik said enjoy your workout. Just got back after a great session and decided to not hesitate to write a great review. Thank you Onelife Fitness and Malik (I made sure to give him a fist bump mid workout) for amazing care and service. Will be back with a membership and recommendations to anybody looking for a great gym!

DO NOT USE THIS GYM. I’d give zero stars if I could. If you enjoy crowds and no machines to use, this is the place for you! When you try to cancel your membership, they charge you a $129 3-month fee. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and just go for a walk or do some pushups at home. Save yourself the money and frustration.
