Dr. Anuradha Bhaduri is very patient, welcoming and detail oriented. We were looking psychologist for our teenager child evaluation and found her. She was very polite and has calm endeavor. Finding Appointments was not an hassle and she is very good at getting back to you for any questions asked in timely manner. She provided all the detailed information and resources needed after the evaluation. I would highly recommend her.

My experience has been the polar opposite of these other reviews. I feel we have been very fortunate to land at CBT and my child has been a patient here for years now. Our provider, Ellyn Brown, is absolutely incredible. She is steady, grounded, compassionate, and has been the calm in the storm for my child who has been faced with some difficult challenges. I would recommend her again and again to anyone who has a child in need of therapeutic services.
I also want to give a shoutout to Matthew, the Patient Care Coordinator. He is always so friendly and helpful, and is very responsive when I have questions or need assistance. I am grateful CBT exists for my child.
The only thing I do not care for - and this has nothing whatsoever to do with the quality of services received - is the patient portal system. I am forced to share a communication portal with my ex husband. Each parent should have their own individual portal access, and messaging in each portal should be confidential. Forcing a parent who has protective orders from court in place to prevent this type of interaction to share a communication portal regarding their child is truly horrible. This is an issue with their corporate structure, and again, has no bearing on the provider because this isn't a decision that is up to her/them.

Devastated in the way my son was treated today during his evaluation. Dr.Anuradha Bhaduri was very rude and short tempered. In an attempt to correct my son for his behavior, she yelled at him and shoved him to prevent him from touching her things. My son was unable to get the services he needs, because the Doctor was unable to control her anger with a 4 year old. We got up and left during the middle of the visit and will be seeking help elsewhere with someone who is knowledgeable and patient with children.

Do not wait time with this clinic. All they need is your money.
The staffs is not friendly. Should get zero start. They do not care what you say. All about they care that you have money to pay them. Stay away this service. Many good out there.
