  Apex Pharmacy is truly the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. The entire team is professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their patients. They always go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled accurately and on time, and they are always willing to answer any questions with patience and kindness. The pharmacist, Mr. Williams is especially amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to make sure you fully understand your medications. You can tell he truly cares about the well-being of every person who walks through the door. His professionalism and compassion make such a difference. It is rare to find a pharmacy that combines excellent service, personal attention, and a welcoming environment the way Apex Pharmacy does.   Extremely disappointed in my experience with this pharmacy. I first contacted Apex Pharmacy around October 15 to inquire about a compounded medication for my dog; an important heart medication she must take three times per day. The medication finally arrived today, November 17, and the chewable tablets are not packaged well. Many of the tablets are crumbled, and the sizing is not consistent at all. There is no way to determine an accurate dosage. I’m shocked that the pharmacy would send a product of such poor quality. If this was not something they could do correctly, they should have told me that from the start. I will not be able to use this product.
