- MBMarla BrownJul 26, 20215.0The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But the politics of vaccination in this rural area ties their hands of how to cover potential clients. It's so ridiculous..... If you live in Oakboro and are not getting vaccinated because you believe it's a tracking device, you may want to get rid of your phone and computer. The vaccine isn't the threat.
