  I recommend 110%!!!!!!! Both my daughter and I had councillors from SAGE, and it has helped us tremendously!!!! The process was easy and fast. I really like that we have the option of face to face or by video.

  This was the most traumatizing "therapy" session I've ever experienced. There was no empathy, understanding or desire to help. Instead there was snap judgement, aggression, dismissive statements & extremely harmful suggestions. The person was even told that the client was diagnosed with certain mental health issues & didn't factor that into how they approached the behaviors that help was being sought for. If the client didn't have a support system already in place, they may have attempted self harm after this visit. Incredibly dangerous behavior by a professional being paid to help people who are vulnerable & who finally work up the courage to seek help. Very disappointing.
