  My family and I could not be more grateful for the care our mom received with Home Instead Missoula! We needed overnight care to give us some much needed rest during Mom’s last days. Their care coordinator Amber came to our home to clarify what they could offer and how it would unfold. To discover that they offered ten-hour shifts was a huge relief. Amber spent much time with us and put our minds at ease. The caregivers showed up promptly each evening. They took the time to get the lay of the land and to learn about Mom’s needs. We could tell immediately that they were thoughtful, loving and patient. Even more importantly, they were competent. They made sure to have our phone numbers in case they needed to reach us during the night. Each morning before departing they shared how Mom’s night had gone, and left careful notes and thoughtful observations. Thank you Sage, Beth, Isoa and Taylor. You made all the difference.

  Mother is so pleased to have the friendly help she needs. No surprises, and feels comfortable like a visit from family every time.

  Recently we needed some care for our Aunt and the Home Instead team was great. The staff and trained Caregivers were able to help her recover from her hospital discharge. Their care and concern to make sure she was safe at home with her medications, warm meal and review of her Care Plan from the nurse gave us great comfort in knowing that their team was able to assist since we are not local. I can only give them the highest recommendation and praise. You cannot go wrong with Home Instead helping you and your loved ones.
