- TDTyler DevlinNov 19, 20251.0More than two weeks ago I ordered an online order that fulfilled the free delivery requirement. After a week their was no update to the package even being shipped so I talked to customer service and they said they'd issue a refund. Never got a refund. After another week I talked to customer service again because the order got delivered but didnt make it to my address and got misplaced. Again they said they'd give me a refund. Two days later I get an email saying they wont issue me a refund and say I should get ahold of local authorities in case it was stolen.
