- TDTyler Devlin5 days ago1.0More than two weeks ago I ordered an online order that fulfilled the free delivery requirement. After a week their was no update to the package even being shipped so I talked to customer service and they said they'd issue a refund. Never got a refund. After another week I talked to customer service again because the order got delivered but didnt make it to my address and got misplaced. Again they said they'd give me a refund. Two days later I get an email saying they wont issue me a refund and say I should get ahold of local authorities in case it was stolen.

They know the products extremely well, down to ingredients, proper dosage, pro’s and con’s etc. They make strong recommendations based on your applications. They always take the time to discuss your needs and balance attention to individual customers as well as getting folks checked out that know what they want and are in a hurry. I dig these guys.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the pushy and rude attitude of the staff. I was greeted with a less-than-enthusiastic welcome and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained that I was just looking around and the staff member seemed annoyed. I was then bombarded with random info about the powders, which I found to be unnecessary and a waste of time. The staff member then proceeded to recommend a variety of protein powders and weight gainers, without giving me a chance to ask a question. I felt pressured to purchase something and when I declined, the staff member became even more pushy. The prices were also significantly higher than Amazon. Overall, I would not recommend gnc to anyone. The staff's pushy and rude attitude, coupled with the high prices, made for a very unpleasant experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
