- CCClintJul 17, 20231.0Completely over the attitude from the Pharmacists at this location. They are obviously unhappy with their choice of occupation and take it out on the customers. They play petty little games and make snarky comments when you’re asking questions. I was told that if my insurance covered a drug but that GoodRX was cheaper, they could not honor the GoodRX price. That’s “their policy” I was told. Lol I’ve been filling at Albertsons in Missoula, Coeur d’Alene, and Boise for over 20 years, and have never heard of such a thing. Called the one on Russell and they were happy to honor the GoodRX price and told me that they’ve gotten many complaints about the Reserve St location. Why would you make a customer pay more when they don’t need to? Petty games. Was given the district managers name and number and reported both Pharmacists at Reserve. Sorry you work at a grocery store and hate your lives, that’s not the customers fault, or problem. Rich has that little man syndrome so bad. Won’t be back.
