At Big Sky Dentures & Implants, we help people every day who are frustrated with loose dentures, missing teeth, poor chewing ability, and the loss of confidence that comes with it. Our entire clinic is built around solving these problems with reliable, long-term solutions.
If your dentures don’t stay in place, your bite feels weak, or missing teeth are affecting how you eat and live, you are exactly who we treat. Adhesives, slipping plates, and constant adjustments shouldn’t be your “normal.”
At Big Sky Dentures & Implants, we focus exclusively on predictable, long-term solutions for patients who want to restore function, not just manage symptoms. Our clinic provides mini dental implants, implant-supported dentures, snap-in dentures, complete dentures, partials, and same-day repairs, all delivered in one location by a team that treats denture and implant challenges every day.
Mini dental implants allow many patients, even those with limited bone, to stabilize their dentures or replace missing teeth with less surgery, less cost, and faster recovery than traditional implants. These small, durable implants give you a secure bite, improved speech, and a smile that stays in place.
We serve Missoula and the surrounding communities with efficient, patient-focused care designed to get you eating, smiling, and living comfortably again.
If you’re ready for dentures that actually stay in place, or you want to replace missing teeth with secure, lasting implants, schedule your consultation today.

Watch your billing. They say insurance check will be mailed to you. They got my insurance check, cashed it, and have not responded to me. I paid in full up front and have been waiting for my refund check for months. I’ve tied calling multiple times with no response from them.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to big sky denture center, and they charged my medicaid for my dentures the day of my consultation. I did not receive these terrible excuses for dentures until almost 2 months later. They are absolutely terrible. I can not eat, I can not even hardly talk with these loose fitting mis shapen things in my face. I take them out to drink my meals. My life has become a nightmare, and it's all because Dr Remi made me terrible dentures. He charged me as early as he could because HE KNEW I only had a limited time to complain about them, and receive a refund to get new ones. He is a scam artist in financial trouble, and will do ANYTHING to get and keep as much of your money, as possible. This is my opinion, but it is based on what happened to me at big sky denture center. Go somewhere else for your own well being. Please.

Frequently Asked Questions About Big Sky Dentures & Implants
What Is a Mini Dental Implant?
A mini dental implant is simply an implant that’s less than three millimeters in diameter. Traditional implants are larger, typically more than three millimeters. The main difference is size, which creates several important advantages.
Smaller-diameter implants can fit into tighter spaces, which is especially useful when bone quantity is limited. When we plan implants, the most important factors are the amount and quality of bone and how close we are to critical structures like nerves or the sinus. Mini implants let us work safely within those areas without removing as much bone.
Because they’re smaller, we can often place them using a “flapless” technique with a surgical guide. That means we don’t need to open the gums to see the bone directly. Healing is usually much easier, and patients typically avoid the heavy bruising or swelling that can happen with more invasive procedures, even when multiple implants are placed.
Cost is another benefit. We use one-piece mini implants, which means the implant and its built-in attachment are a single unit rather than two separate components. This keeps the fee significantly lower while still giving excellent stability for dentures or single teeth.
To keep things accessible, we offer a $99 scan and consultation. That includes a 3D scan of your jaw to evaluate bone levels, an exam, and a full discussion about your treatment options. We walk you through everything using models and imaging so we can build a plan that fits your needs and your budget.
We work hard to make the experience comfortable, straightforward, and affordable. If you’d like to learn more or schedule a consult, we’d be glad to see you.

What Denture Options Do You Offer at Big Sky Dentures & Implants?
When it comes to dentures, we offer a full range of options. That includes traditional dentures, immediate dentures, implant snap-on dentures, and fully fixed “roundhouse” implant bridges.
A common approach is to start with an immediate denture right after extractions. From there, some patients choose a fixed lower option paired with a traditional upper denture that isn’t implant-retained. If that still doesn’t give the stability or comfort you want, we can talk about a more advanced solution: six implants on the top and six on the bottom to support a fully fixed restoration. These can’t be removed by the patient, but we can take them out in the office as needed for maintenance or repairs.
If you’d like to explore these options, just speak with the front desk, and we can schedule a consultation.

Do You Offer Dental Financing?
We do offer several financing options to help make treatment more manageable. Many plans include promotional periods, such as 12 months with no interest. We work with CareCredit, Cherry Financing, and we’re currently adding Provide as another option. Each company has its own advantages, and we help you choose what fits best.
Applying is simple. We provide a QR code so you can complete the application online in just a few minutes. Financing gives patients the flexibility to spread out payments, especially if they need treatment now but won’t have funds available until later.
Our goal is to keep the process affordable, predictable, and transparent. If you’d like to explore your financing options, call our office, and we’ll walk you through everything.
