- LLLukeSep 2, 20255.0The people that work here are genuinely great, this is the only pharmacy in Livingston so they have a lot on their plate. And they do a fantastic job. They have to work with disgusting insurance practices and medication shortages so give them some slack if you’re having trouble with one of your prescriptions, in my experience they do everything they possibly can to get you your medicine for free/cheap and on time. Probably the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with which says a lot considering they are the only pharmacy serving an entire town of nearly 10,000 people. Thank you for everything you do!

Friendly service once you get there but the short staffing is almost always a issue! I wish Livingston had better options!

They also lost a really good pharmacist that moved to Billings. Now from one month to the next I don't recognize half the people working there. Not sure if they are getting more new employees or have high turnover. If it is more employees, I am not sure why they are claiming under staffed. I'm sure losing Shopko increased their demand. But when they remodeled they didn’t increase the size of the pharmacy. Be sure to allow extra days to get your medicine.
