I’m unsure what could’ve warranted this kind of response from her but I won’t be going to this pharmacy anymore.

I got to the pharmacy an hour before closing. They were short staffed, overwhelmed and tired - the pharmacist and one lady were the only two working and it was super busy. They could have told me I had to come back tomorrow, they could have not accepted my prescription at all - but they were kind and accommodating and got it done for me. I could not be more grateful. Thank you!!!!!

We were told you have to make an appointment to get your shot and we’re told to go home and use your computer to make an appointment on line. I told the lady at the pharmacy that we would just go to Western Drug so we could get our shots today, she said go ahead, rudely. So we went to Western Drug and got our shots and did not have to have an appointment. So disappointed in Osco they can not take care of older people when they come in for a flu shot!!😟
