Every case is different and I needed to be seen right away and they were able to get me in and figure everything out. Thank you for your efforts. This office has been no help to me. I've had a reoccurring issue that's lasted me years that I've had to see Dr Dehoop for. While, he is very kind and considerate...the people at the front with scheduling have been no help to me. This issue of mine comes up whenever it feels like it...sometimes it's every 2 years. I need it surgically removed but it needs to be there in order to have surgery. The last time was 2 years ago and by the time of my scheduled surgery, it was gone and there's nothing they can do. So the surgeon told me that it would make the most sense to just schedule a surgery and bypass the appointment. That's exactly what I tried doing and the office staff said I required and appointment which the soonest was TWO MONTHS out. I explained the exact situation. The appointment is pointless and that I've done this four times already and received no sympathy from the scheduler. I called another office that can see me right away. Don't waste your time here. I've tried resolving my issue for YEARS. I cannot predict when my issue will arise and I need an office to be able to se me asap because I just won't know when it'll return or go away. This is not the office for that
