They don't have the computers to give a accurate prescription, they messed up the sizing of my glasses, and the contacts just randomly rip/disintegrate. Just recently got my eyes checked at a different place that had the new computer tools and my eyes/head feel the difference. I ordered the the $800 Meta glasses and they came in too big. "Sorry we can't adjust them... you can order some nose peices online so they fit better". I have wore contacts since Junior High and never burned threw them like LensCrafters Bosch and Lomb. I have even had B&L from other places with no issues.

I contacted LC in Kalispell today for a price on two new pair of glasses. The CSR, while polite was less than helpful. I have been getting my glassess there for over 10 years and it apparently was too much trouble for the CSR to get the information from me or the file from the last two pair I got and quote me the cost. Sure seems to me that the same questions would be asked if I was in the store or on the phone, but was overly complicated for the CSR. I asked Warby Parker same questions and they gave me a price range and full explanation in a few minutes with the options that would affect the price. I am going back to WP as it was not too much trouble for their CSR to help me!

Kacey was extremely kind and helpful with finding a pair of donation glasses for my lenses to fit in while we wait the 10 days for my actual prescription comes in! Great experience

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
