She was all of those descriptive terms and more. She was kind enough to fix the fit of my current pair, educated me on numerous benefits of the new frames, and explained the terminology Oakley chooses to use for their equipment. She also helped me render payment for these two units, using all of the available and appropriate financial benefits to clients of their company and store. I have yet to receive the new frames and lenses, as I am still within the declared duration of acquisition upon submission of an order. But, I am looking forward to visiting with Lisa and her store team at the order's earliest moment of fulfillment. We walked in and within 15 min were on our way again. Kelsey fixed them and checked them for me, and they didn’t charge us anything. I’m so grateful for their expertise and generosity.
