  I had an amazing experience at Montana Oral Surgery office, I arrived yesterday March 11, 2026 at noon and was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. It was a clean, professional appearance with a friendly atmosphere. My appointment went as smoothly as you would want. I was well-numbed by the time Dr. Peretti did the extractions and Rachel kept me calm and relaxed throughout. They are an amazing team . I really appreciated the follow up call I received this following day 3/12/26 from Rachel and I know if have questions or concerns they will be available to address which is reassuring. So yesterday after my appointment I left my phone! When I learned that it was at the office I knew that it was in great hands. I was finally able to be reunited with my phone this morning!! Yes I went without overnight!!! Long story short, I’m in a wheelchair so it takes some coordination to get and from anywhere. Montana Oral Surgery not only saved my teeth but they saved my phone as well!!! Thank you guys everything!!! I highly recommend this place for your oral health.

  My overall experience was very positive. I had to have several teeth extracted and was unable to have it done with local anesthetics at a regular dental office, primarily because they had used all the shots they were allowed to plus the nitrous was maxed out. I began to feel everything about halfway through the procedure, so it was stopped. I was referred to Montana Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Clinic to finish the procedure. The staff (and that includes Dr. Fleischmann) are very friendly and made me feel at ease about the whole event. It was literally just a poke for the IV, a blink, and it was done! They guided me carefully into a little side room to wake up a bit more, and then I was done! There was some pain, of course, after everything wore off, but following the directions for medication and oral hygiene they provided for aftercare made it bearable. My only negative comment is the price of the procedure. I know that’s kind of unavoidable, and more than likely an insurance thing, but it’s still a bit on the pricey side. Other than that, a really good experience as far as oral surgeries go!
