When it was determined that I do have hearing loss, they gave me many options to assist with the cost. Friendly staff and inviting office atmosphere.

Today, just under 2 months I wanted to return them because they have done no improvement to my issue. They have adjusted every time I’m in and there is Absolutly no change! As far as I’m consirned no refund means you just ripped me off for close to 8,000.00 for a price of equipment that makes The little Issue I have with hearing worse than before I tried them. I truely feel scammed!!!!
