    In general Miracle-Ear in Helena seems to be a considerate group of people. I was quite bothered by the fact that they sent me a letter asking for 15 volunteers to test out their new hearing aid but when I got done with their hour and a half presentation they inform me that I needed to pay for the hearing aids up front ($8k) before I test them and if I don't like them they'll give me my money back after. To me that is so misleading it's dishonest business practice. I got up and walked out at that point never got to test their hearing aids so I can't tell you whether they work or not. My complaint is that if they want me to pay for their hearing aids and test them just be honest up front instead of dishonest. Don't send me a letter saying you want 15 people to test them and then when I get there tell me you want me to pay for them before I test them.

    Went in for a hearing test at the request of my wife, staff was nice and office was clean, turns out my hearing is mostly ok, I just have selective hearing!

    My friend and I heard the fellows at miricle ear say Iwould have 3 months to return new aids. Today, just under 2 months I wanted to return them because they have done no improvement to my issue. They have adjusted every time I’m in and there is Absolutly no change! As far as I’m consirned no refund means you just ripped me off for close to 8,000.00 for a price of equipment that makes The little Issue I have with hearing worse than before I tried them. I truely feel scammed!!!!
