- ADAmy DentonNov 3, 20252.0I have been quite frustrated with my experience at this pharmacy. Most of the pharmacists I have dealt with here have been, at minimum, unkind and unhelpful. My doctor has told me the pharmacists are grumpy and rude to her and her staff as well. I reached my last straw when I called to ask a question about one of my medications and the pharmacist was extremely dismissive and judgmental, and rather than simply answering the basic question, she made unnecessary, ignorant, and insensitive comments. I have no idea if this person has some kind of bias about this medicine or if she was simply oblivious, but in either case, the way she treated me was not okay. Chronically ill people deserve healthcare partners they can trust, not folks who are going to cause additional harm. The only pharmacist here who has been kind, non-judgmental, and given clear and accurate information has been Jared. Jared is a fantastic pharmacist. Unfortunately, Jared can't be there all the time, so I have moved all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
