  Extremely easy to book an appointment and when I missed an appointment it was really easy to reschedule, no pressure or annoyance. I've always struggled to go to appointments because of the fear that I'll be judged unfairly or treated poorly due to my past experiences and medical history but all the staff are really nice and understanding and are extremely helpful when no other place wants help me with my medical issues or put me on a year long waiting list. Also, they take their confidentiality policies really serious which I really appreciate because some places here dont. I also love that they always have condoms, and sometimes other life saving stuff out on the counters for free like narrcan! so, if you can, keep narrcan in your car, if you have one, and/or urge your loved ones to keep it in their car if they or you take opioids.

  If you are a POC and go here be careful. I went here before. The lady with short white hair didn’t have any regard for me or my health. I was inquisitive but she hardly spoke to me at any of my check ups or let me know what was going on. She actually got mad when I went to Kalispell and they took care of me. Idk if they reprimanded her but the next time I saw her she got angry with me for going and getting treated somewhere else. She did not try to treat me. Just let me go without. Laying in bed thinking about it now. Just be careful.
