  Disorganized office. Shady business. Shady people in the business office. Save your money and credit score by going to normal primary care. Bad experience from the get go. My insurance card was taken for 5-10 minutes before my appointment by the secretary and the secretary did nothing with it. She called me to tell me I never gave it to her after I left. Someone has poor focus at work. After I gave the number to her again, they again failed to process it. They continued to give false info on my insurance card not being valid until months later (which why would anyone have an insurance card that isn't valid until months later?), even though I had used it for appointments before and after this visit. Got sent to collections because of false information provided to me from their office, and they even admitted part of the blame was wrong information they provided. They only keep notes on calls that go to voicemail, they don't document calls when you call back so they look better. Before the appointment, I called back to give insurance info and was told I could give my card at the time of visit instead. Instead, the only note they have was that my voicemail was full when they called and conveniently didn't include any notes on my call back. They called me a few more times telling me my insurance wasn't valid, as mentioned before. In reality, it had already been run by insurance and I was waiting for them to tell me they finally processed it correctly to pay. I didn't realize it was processed through insurance until after being sent to collections. If I had done THEIR job and called my insurance company to make sure it was processed, I would have realized they had already processed it and would have paid my bill immediately. Instead, false information repeatedly provided by them resulted in me waiting for something that wasn't going to happen, which is being provided accurate information but Planned Parenthood. The last call I got from Planned Parenthood, I was told my insurance still wasn't valid until months after the service, which again, was false. They refused to take it out of collections. Providers seem like they care, but the business office is full of uncompassionate sharks and poor customer service. The people at the front have poor follow through and lose your information. The people who follow up with you give inaccurate information. There are better places to go in town
