  Best pharmacy & staff in town! On-line RX ordering is easy. They're always pleasant, and wait times are short at most. These folks even smile! Try to get pleasantness from the stand-alone pharmacies nearby! The whole grocery store staff makes me glad I shop there! However, if there's something a customer wishes the store would carry, the store chain has no way to honor special requests. That's frustrating. Only immediate issue is parking -the lot is too small for the size of the store, but well worth dealing with that, in order to shop there! Prices are good, and they carry a fair amount of gluten-free stock, nut could be better in this area for my needs. I love this store!

  I'm from out of state but visit often, and when I do I love to shop here. Great options, especially produce. The store seems well managed and I always find what I'm looking for.

  I was so excited to switch pharmacies, as I was seen by a new Dr. here in Great Falls (just recently moved here). I had been here once before and they were kind. Today's experience was horrific. It could have been saved, however they did not think it was necessary. I had called an hour prior to just make sure they had received my rx's, somebody told me that 1 prescription was filled and the other was currently being filled. I said that was great, I wouldn't be there for a little while. When I showed up neither prescription was filled. This could have been fine/saved, however the staff was demeaning and very rude. I also specifically asked if there was something I could do different next time to make sure I didn't drive over here prior to them being done. They had no response for that, did not give me any information, nor did they seem to care. They were the least bit interested in who said what, then as I walked away, they decided that it would be OK to laugh....when the rx was ready, a lady called me up by my 1st name to get in line, I got in line, however, the lady decided to yell out my last name to "you better get in line NOW". I yelled back saying, "I was in line, thank you". Again, they were laughing. Really necessary? You should be embarrassed!!

  I receive the same experience every time I go to Osco Pharmacy. The Pharmacists are polite can answer any question you ask them. They always welcome us with a warm welcome. Everything on my bottle is correct. Never before at my last place I got my medication filled. It’s wonderful going and being treated this way. I give everyone a 10 in my book.
