So kind, gentle and genuine!! His assistant (Ida) was kind sweet and compassionate and made me like my teeth were beautiful knowing they were awful!! Front desk lady was so nice too!! I always followed the cancellation policy but last time I tried to make an appointment I was told I had "cancelled too many appointments" and would now have to call every morning to see if there had been a cancellation in order to get in for a cleaning.
