I found a doctor who was able to call in to the pharmacy to get an emergency supply of meds for us. The doctor was able to get through to the pharmacist on duty, Katie. Katie was fantastic - very polite and patient. She ran all our drugs through the insurance and the fiscal "damage" was quite reasonable. The cost of our stupidity. Anyway, Katie was great, and so sweet. This is an employee that Kroger / Smith Pharmacy should value, and make every attempt to keep her. Thanks, Katie.
