- CHCarol HinshawDec 22, 20251.0Smith’s pharmacy pharmacist is rude and highly unprofessional. I finally reported him to the State Pharmacy Board due to numerous missteps. Glad I did. I now go elsewhere and enjoy competent professionals and lower prices.
- HHhotajaxOct 12, 20255.0Pharmacy has amazing customer service. We were on vaca, and forgot our prescription meds. I found a doctor who was able to call in to the pharmacy to get an emergency supply of meds for us. The doctor was able to get through to the pharmacist on duty, Katie. Katie was fantastic - very polite and patient. She ran all our drugs through the insurance and the fiscal "damage" was quite reasonable. The cost of our stupidity. Anyway, Katie was great, and so sweet. This is an employee that Kroger / Smith Pharmacy should value, and make every attempt to keep her. Thanks, Katie.

In the last year or two it has sadly gone way down hill. The staff is very rude and I tried to continue to go to them for awhile but it got to the point where I couldn’t stand it anymore. I will never go back after the last incident and will sadly be taking my business elsewhere to people who will show some respect to their customers.
