I had an absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters, and I feel compelled to leave a detailed review because the service truly exceeded my expectations. Sales Representative Jackie and Assistant Manager Gabby went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me.
From the moment we arrived, Jackie and Gabby worked seamlessly as a team. They truly tag-teamed the entire experience, ensuring that no question went unanswered and that I felt fully supported every step of the way. I was purchasing Meta glasses, and they took the time to thoroughly explain all the features, functionality, and options available. Their knowledge was impressive, and they made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward.
What stood out most was their patience and understanding. They never rushed the process, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase. Their professionalism combined with genuine kindness made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The level of customer service provided was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly customer-focused. This was hands down the best experience for both myself and S. Gilmore, and it’s rare to find a team that makes shopping feel this easy and pleasant.
Because of Jackie and Gabby, I would absolutely love to shop at this LensCrafters location again. They are a true asset to the company and set the standard for what excellent customer service should look like. Highly recommend!

I walked in to ask about possible glasses repair and experienced the worst customer service. The lady at the desk was demeaning, rude, and entirely unhelpful.

If you’re looking for an exchange of money for your sanity, look no further than the Bozeman LensCrafters! I’ve been using this store for years, but the mismanagement has gotten too tiring. Information on prescriptions entered incorrectly, prescriptions being cut improperly, all the way to the wrong glasses being ordered. At times, 4+ weeks with no glasses. For years, the staff turn over has been high- and today was the final ounce of patience I have for the inconveniences. The people are nice, and trying their best- but this store lacks even the most basic consistency you expect with a corporate-based entity that should have some type of protocol. After looking through Customer service agreements, it’s obvious that the Bozeman LensCrafters employees don’t know their own operating procedures.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
