Great experience with the doctor/facility. Just sad that the inventory doesn't allow for a broader variety for contact lenses; especially those with astigmatism 🥲

Dr. Sperry is great, explains each of the tests and answers all questions. Team lead Jackie helped me choose frames and get everything settled, she was kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have bought my wife’s glasses in LC Florida and after moving to MT one lenses got loose. Lara and Jackie were able to help me for free and even replaced my own glasses nose pad. The staff is super friendly and the service is beyond expectations! I recommend this store and will return pretty soon for new eyes 👍🏻

The worst service I have ever had. I took time off for this appointment and drove a little over a hour to get to my appointment, which I showed up 25 min early for and didn’t mind at all waiting for. 1:30 p.m. comes around and still with the prior appt which was fine, this other guy walks in and waits as well. 17 mins past my appt the dr comes out and takes the man that just showed up. I’m beyond upset at this point and left. I called lensCrafters back and told them I just want a refund I will never go back For how I was treated. Come to find out the man was the building owner so he takes priority over other paying customers that have appts. The Dr left me a message and had no care what’s so ever and didn’t give a shit about his actions and the way he treated a paying customer. The ladies that work in the front are amazing and I thank you ladies for your help, but your Dr you work for is a selfless careless jerk and I just want my money back at this point. I don’t want to give my hard earned money to someone who does not care about their patients because my time is just as valuable as his.

I haven't gotten around to leaving a review but my glasses (2 pairs I got) have been causing me pain everyday. I live to far to go back to their store but the lady with the glasses who fit me with the ipad definitely did them wrong. They fit too tight on my ears where they cause pain and are too tight on the bridge of my nose. I remember distinctly that she had to take the pictures multiple times and kept blaming the wifi. She also charged me an obscene amount of add ons and applied the warranty without me knowing. I should've asked for a cost breakdown but I usually don't speak up. (My own fault.) I did however call back a few days later and removed the warranty with the help of a nice associate but every other add on I was stuck with as the order had already been processed. I should've contacted them sooner but I usually wear my contacts more often than my glasses. This whole month I've been using glasses and they fit so horrendously I'm extremely disappointed. I feel that she did the pictures wrong as I have been to other Lens Crafters locations and have never had this problem before. The glasses are too small. Do not recommend coming here and if you do don't have the older lady with black hair and glasses help you. Won't be back. Wish I would've got 1 pair instead of 2 so I wouldn't be stuck with expensive ill fitting glasses.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
