Would have prescription called in then go pick it up several hours later (well over 4 hours) and they couldn’t find the RX because it was still in the voicemail not listened to and then treated us like we were inconveniencing them because they would have to do their jobs and check the voicemail. Completely incompetent workers. Finally had enough and blew up and switched.
