- BRBob RobertsonOct 16, 20255.0I received a pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids from a friend a month ago. I learned they were about 5 yrs old. The aids were purchased at another location of Miracle Ear. I called and made an appt to have the aids tuned for my ears and I told them the aids were given to me. They made the appt and I went in today. Matt was Great! Not thinking before I came in the aids should have been charged and cleaned. Matt ask me about both and I told him they were not charged or cleaned. He spoke right up and said no problem, I'll get them charged and cleaned for you. He had other clients waiting to see him so he asked of we could come back in 30 mins. We did, Matt had the aids ready to go and slipped in my ear. Wow! I'll go back for a follow up, but just want you to know Matt and Danielle's customer service to me was Outstanding! I highly recommend Matt and Miracle Ear!! Marie, a Happy Customer😊
