I called in an emergency situation and talked to the manager Valerie, offering to buy a box each of both my contacts. They told me I must purchase them outright in order to get samples(which they did have in stock). I was willing to buy the boxes, but they didn’t even have my prescription in stock. Poor Customer Service!!!!

This place is horrible. I would give ZERO STARS, if I could. I never leave reviews, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. This is the 2nd time I've gone to Lens Crafters for my contact lenses. I guess the real culprit is WH Vision. Each time they've messed them up one way or another. A year ago I waited over a month for my contacts to come in and they lost them. I had to call them to find this out as they didn't feel the need to contact me about the situation. Once I talked to them, they ordered my contacts to be delivered to my house and once they finally arrived, the right contact was the wrong prescription. Recently, I had my annual appointment over a month ago and they said it would take 3 weeks for the trial contacts to come in. After a month I called them to see if they were in yet, where they responded that the order didn't go through and that they were ordering them that day and it should only take 4-7 days for them to arrive. Once again, over a week later, I had to call them to inquire about my contacts and was told they should be in by the end of the week. Still no contacts a month and a half after my appointment. These are just the trial contacts!!! I will never go here again.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
