Went in to get a copy of my contacts prescription, and was refused (which I'm pretty sure is illegal, due to HIPPA) because for some reason the doctor who originally completed my exam never signed it, and is on vacation. Apparently because I didn't come buy contacts from them for 150% of the cost online, they didn't feel the need to finalize the prescription. I would strongly recommend scheduling your eye appointment elsewhere.

Went in on a Saturday with a pair of busted frames, and while they aren't fixable, Brian was able to put the lens back in and straighten them enough to get me by until I could get another frame ordered. Didn't even charge me! Great customer service and a nice, calming atmosphere.

Me and my youngest son both went all over today to find glasses. We stopped at multiple places to try and find a good deal since we are not using insurance. And I can say Lens Crafters was amazing. The costumer service and the price was 10/10 . The young man that was helping us was named Ethan and he did such a great job recommending glasses for me and my son and explained all the warranties and the perks. I was very impressed with the level of service we received. There was a woman also that was helping but im sorry I forgot her name. If your on a budget and want fantastic service and great products to select from I highly recommend Lens Crafters off 24th street west. THANK YOU ETHAN AND THANK YOU LENS CRAFTERS.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
