Apparently because I didn't come buy contacts from them for 150% of the cost online, they didn't feel the need to finalize the prescription. I would strongly recommend scheduling your eye appointment elsewhere.

And I can say Lens Crafters was amazing. The costumer service and the price was 10/10 . The young man that was helping us was named Ethan and he did such a great job recommending glasses for me and my son and explained all the warranties and the perks. I was very impressed with the level of service we received. There was a woman also that was helping but im sorry I forgot her name.
