I got texts and phone messages from the pharmacy that my 6 scripts were ready. Upon getting to them at the pharmacy the girl who helped me was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. She said that I had 3 filled and ready. I showed her my text messages that all 6 were ready to pick up..as I was asked to sit down and wait (very rudely) was asked to wait..so I did and finally nobody said anything until about 45 minutes went by and a new gal came to the register and asked me if I was helped, I said I was waiting on 2 more prescription to be filled. She said they were ready for about 20 minutes..but the gal who helped me at first was nowhere to be seen…just a few mean people can truly make a bad visit to this Albertsons Pharmacy in the HEIGHTS ON MAIN IN BILLINGS MONTANA..just saying

Sometimes they would t even fill my medications, if they “thought” the co pay was too high, in case I couldn’t pay! Awful! I love Osco Alberstons Pharmacy! Some have drive through as as well! Treat them well, so they stay awesome! 🩷🙏🏼Thanks again! Also amazing management team! One day they called me 3 times, just to remind me my doctor had yet to refill one of my medications!
