  Albertsons at Grand & Rehberg is one of the most POORLY run stores I’ve ever seen!! Only ONE checkout clerk, if you are lucky, with at least 3-4 employees standing around chatting and “overseeing “. The employees are rude and do not patiently, or politely help with self-checkout. I realize it’s a crummy job, standing around waiting for customers to screw-up their checkout, needing help,…but this process is really horrible for the customer when they are in a hurry, need to checkout, and can’t figure out the computer!!! Most customers, me included, are too tired for a a snappy tutorial from a crabby clerk!!! Truly ridiculous!!!! Get a clue Albertson’s at Grand & Rehberg!!!!

  The elderly pharmacist is nothing short of rude. I was talking with the young female tech and the old snag started yelling for me to have my Dr call. Yeah that's what the young tech was telling me before you rudely interrupted. I have a broken tailbone and I'm hard of hearing that thing I need is some old snag too far away from me to hear yelling in front of the other customers. This will conclude my being a consumer of any osco pharmacy. There are local pharmacies who appreciate customers and are more pleasant to speak with.

  I really appreciate how their management handled my complaint of a pharmacy staff employee. I spoke with Chris on the phone and met directly with Corey at the store. They were both articulate, professional and took the time to address the issue with me. I also have praise for Ron in the pharmacy; professional and accurate; gives you a sense of caring. Thank you for addressing a volatile situation with grace.

  Absolutely horrifying experience two days in a row. A man in his 20's with glasses and brown, shoulder length, curly hair informed me my friend's prescription couldn't be filled there, as "we don't do that" and "we don't know what that is". Walked off. (For the record, it was syringes). I found someone else working behind the counter, since I had no idea what to do, who suggested I call Juros. Was back today, to fill her new script and the same guy informed me I can't have her antibiotics (and she was in the hospital for 2 weeks due to a huge infection that caused removal of more than half her intestines...so she NEEDS antibiotics) because she still has some at home and it's not up for renewal yet. He informed me, "we don't have enough for you to fill it anyway". I called my friend, asked if she had any before, nope, only script ever for this, put her on speaker so she could explain and he rudely proclaimed "I don't know what you expect me to say to her". WTH? This was just some of the rude comments. It was BIZARRE. This guy should not be waiting on people. I explained she was in the hospital two weeks, nearly died, and she HAS to have them, didn't pick any up, that is her ONLY pharmacy. He finally agreed to call the insurance company, though he was clearly angry about it.. Thank God he did, and thank God someone else waited on me when they filled it 10 minutes later. . They filled the script, and a very nice gal checked me out, told me they would have enough for the rest of the script in a few days. If he was dismissive, unhelpful and super rude TWO DAYS IN A ROW to me. What is he like to other people? I also go to Osco, but on 13th, never had one problem, always helpful. I am going to ask her to transfer her scripts to my store instead. I can't recall the last time anyone waited on me was rude that way. I'm a chatty, friendly person and generally people respond in kind. Definitely never like this. Not to mention, I'm not exaggerating that she almost died. Those antibiotics are the only thing that will keep it from not happening at this point, the infection was leaking into her stomach. What if I'd just said "oh well" and walked away like he wanted me to? He offered no ideas either time, no options, along with rude attitude. It's dangerous.

  They put a Starbucks right in front of customers service, so large crouds form and you can't move around. It can be frustrating considering it easily confuse the older demographic population. Traffic jam!!!!!!
