  Just want to share a positive experience as many people spend to much time being negative! I had an amazing experience here I have some past trauma of a bad dentist at a different office years ago yelling at me while in his chair and operating on me it has made it very difficult to want to go back. But I had a wonderful experience here everyone is kind from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. I was treated kindly with care and compassion educated on steps along the way I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing dental work done. The price was very fair as well and they explained everything regarding price to me as well so I had no surprises. I feel very lucky to have found this place. Thank you again Belgrade Dental Associates!

  The best dental care I've EVER had! I hadn't been to a dentist in several years, and I needed a tooth removed and implant. Dr. Kinghorn is the BEST they did not shame me for not going to the dentist. They were incredibly understanding and kind. Dr. Kinghorn and the nursing staff told me what they were doing the whole time and if at any point I winced, they stopped to check on me. I also lost insurance during this time and it took me a couple of months to figure things out, Katie and reception staff were so flexible and understanding -making sure I knew all my options. Genuinely the world is a better place because these people are in it! ❤️

  Extremely frustrated by the service at this place. I switched over as it was the only place to take delta dental. They did a full suite of services and told me all would be covered. Great. Low and behold the xray images were NOT covered because the insurance company says this can only be done every 5 years, not 4. Belgrade dental never asked me for my old files, never check with the insurance company to see if things would be covered, and now I have a bill for $102 that apparently is simply due to these two places not talk, nor anyone warning me that I should do the research. Every time I have called to talk about this I am pretty much told this is not their fault and there is nothing they can do.

  Poor quality dental crowns. Failure due to improper fit. Failed in just over a year. Two done both poorly fitted. Rushed Job. Orthodontist said worst crown work he had ever seen. Take your good money elsewhere. It may cost you like it did me. Beware of the bait and switch to get you to come in for services.

  Good Afternoon, I was just at Dr. Heap's for a dental cleaning. He is so professional and so personable. He understands about people being scared of the dentist and is there to help.. Dr. Heap is funny. The best dentist I've ever had. He is the best.
