I have stood in line or waited in line at the drive through only to be told prescriptions are not ready. Even if you are given a time to come back the prescription may or may not be ready when you come back. Many times they have had the prescription or refill order at least a day before. I would blame it on the pandemic but other pharmacies my family uses aren't having the same problem. I have put up with this for a year so it's time to change pharmacies.
