- SFSusam FordDec 4, 20221.0I've always had a good experience with the Kroger pharmacy but my husband picked up a prescription today for our dog and the girl that waited on him was extremely rude. The same girl has been semi rude to me one time as well. He doesn't hear well. He asked her to repeat her question and she hatefully said "nevermind". If you don't like your job then find a new one. If you don't like people or have patients with people then you're in the wrong job. Maybe you would enjoy your job more working in the back by yourself. I was so sorry to hear about this incidence and I hope someone will provide her with a little training on how to work with the public.

Not sure what has happened at this location in the past few months but now we are yet again going to another pharmacy due to long waits, strained customer service. I understand the frustration of being short staffed. Apologizing to the customers overtly is just not that professional.
