  Was given the run around with my grandsons medicine was told last friday they don't have enough to fill the whole prescription and the rest will come in Tuesday i told him i work out of town during the week and i won't be back in until friday he say that's ok it will be here. Came in yesterday to get the rest i was a lady this time she wouldn't let me get talking it's to early to refill when it wasn't a refill it was the rest that they had to order had to go back to urgent care and found out that someone in kroger pharmacy billed his medicine and even though i didn't get it all because it wasn't in stock and now it will be Tuesday before i can get it again what part of im out of town during the week theh don't understand was lucky enough to take him to his aunt and get the prescription sent to where she is i will never use this place again

  There is a tech that I would rather not identify because it would be obvious due to her gender and race at this location who it is. They make me feel extremely frustrated. No empathy, no sense of customer service, and I absolutely hate interacting with this person. Everyone else at the crosstown location in the pharmacy is kind. I work in customer service and I try to understand limitations and delays etc. This one tech is absolutely the worst person I've had to interact with. Literally I could go back years and not find one individual who made me feel this way. I have had issues with my 15 year old's medication due to things out of my control and even after just 24 hours he goes into withdrawal. Instead of compassion I feel put off and zero care from this tech. I can wait for the next tech and never feel like this even without resolution. I used to really love using this pharmacy and I guess It's time for a change.
