Until recently I almost never had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner and the entire staff was always friendly and helpful. Now it seems there have been some employee turnover and most of the new employees are lacking in customer satisfaction. They have gotten much slower with very long lines, not friendly to the point of being hateful at times. I understand the pandemic has affected everyone but a little kindness goes a long way.
