Amy is very knowledgeable and sufficiently qualified! She does manual work ( which I think has helped me the most). She helps keep my muscles loose so I can hopefully keep teaching classes for a long time!! I can't recommend this place enough! Amy and Nick are superior! Make sure to ask your doctor to a refer you here!
