They stretched out the muscles surrounding it (worth every ouch- no pain no gain). I also got careless with going through motions of exercises. They paid attention and corrected my form where I would be doing them correctly to help strengthen the area around my labrum. Thanks guys! Hope I don’t see you again. But if I do get hurt again, I will definitely be coming to Revolution!
