  I am never disappointed when I go to DeSoto Imaging Specialists. The courteous, friendly, professional staff make the otherwise not so fun experience not so bad at all! I appreciate the personal care they give to me and they always ease any stress I may be feeling. They are wonderful!

  The staff is very helpful professional and quality performance, the atmosphere is bright upon arrival 🙂. The technician was very professional and quality performance in the back very nice and right to the task of Blessings. Thank You All for the prompt courteous service given to me a walk in. We love y'all ❤️

  I’ve had many tests done at DeSoto Imaging. From MRI’S, CT’s, x-rays and ultrasounds, multiple times. There hasn’t been a single time that I’ve had a bad experience. Everyone is always super friendly and they get you back quick! As a matter of fact this most recent visit was the first time I didn’t have an appointment. I walked in with an order for an x-ray from my doctor. It took me longer to fill out a few pieces of paper when I checked in than it did for them to call me back and get the test done! Amazing facility with amazing staff!

  Not happy with this office. I had an appointment that I brought my 3yr old daughter to because I was never told I couldn't beforehand (this was only my 2nd mammogram appointment). Im a stay at home mom with limited help so she tends to go with me everywhere. I had to drive over an hour for this appointment because I live in Wynne & was turned away because my daughter wasnt allowed in the ultrasound room? Im not sure why an ultrasound being given to me would have hurt her? It wasnt an Xray or anything of that nature. I had to reschedule & then when I came back weeks later, I sat in the waiting room for an hour while people who came in after me were steadily being called back. It wasnt until I asked the receptionist if she checked me in that I was called back. The receptionist was very sweet & apologized for my wait. But I was never told by the nurses why I waited for an hour for a 5 minute ultrasound appointment. I was told I would get my results & I have not seen those yet - 2 weeks later. I am a very understanding person & hate to give negative review unless necessary. Needless to say, after 2 negative back to back appointments, I will be going elsewhere for my mammogram needs.

  Have used this facility many years. Staff excellent and very clean. However they have recently been bought out and I would never have known if doctor hadn’t told me. Still can’t understand what that had to do with botched procedure. I had a biopsy done here that resulted in huge hematoma and had to have compression done to stop bleeding. Only to have doctor say it was “bad luck.” I didn’t trust his judgement about whether I even needed the biopsy if he didn’t follow up. Confused. I need trust and truth. I’ve struggled with leaving a bad review however I will be changing facilities.
