  Been coming here since I moved back from college last May. You get called back fast. The nurses are always friendly and sociable. The doctors and NPs that I've seen are thorough and intentional with their care, and they have genuine compassion and pride in what they do. Great location, lots of parking, facilities are always clean.

  My wife has a lot of problems out of them. They don’t “care” if that makes sense. Especially whoever “Stephanie is”. She’s a JOKE lol. My wife was seen for an infection and her bloodwork reflects she has an infection/inflammation. She had 4 RNs look at the results and tell her that. After days of trying to get in contact with them we finally did and they said “there’s nothing they can do yet”. The was very rude and immature on the phone dealing with an upset patient. VERY unprofessional. I wish I had the time to type out everything but will be in concur with the owner about Stephanie! Anyways 3 weeks with the infection still no antibiotics. Hope this helps.

  I absolutely LOVE IM&PC in Saltillo, MS! Dr. Matt Rhinewalt & all of the staff are so courteous & professional. I have never felt rushed when I visit this clinic & everyone I’ve encountered there are genuinely concerned & good listeners. I’m proud to have him as my primary care provider & recommend him highly!

  ⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience with IMPC Medical and Jenny Barnes. I hadn’t been to a doctor in over five years after having two babies and specifically scheduled this appointment for a full checkup. I clearly explained that I wanted my thyroid checked, was dealing with weight gain and low energy, and had not had any recent routine care. The visit lasted maybe five minutes before I was sent to the lab. Later, when I received my results, I found that only two thyroid tests were run—both normal—but no standard blood panel, despite this being listed as a “wellness exam.” There was never a follow-up call to discuss results or next steps. I was also told I would be referred to a gynecologist, which never happened. To make matters worse, I was billed $194, even after insurance. When I questioned the cost months later, I was told their new patient fee is $175, and that the visit was coded as a wellness exam and thyroid check. I’m still unclear where the “wellness exam” came into play, since no comprehensive evaluation or basic labs were done. I submitted a complaint through the patient portal and never received a response. Now, months later, they are calling to collect payment without ever addressing my concerns. I’m honestly confused how this provider has such high ratings. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this facility or this doctor. The care felt rushed, incomplete, and not worth the cost.
