While they spent several hours with us, and that is appreciated, they never explained the functions of the hearing aids. The two men continually talked over one another at the same time as if competing to be the one to spit out more information. When we were hesitant about the price they immediately became defensive and just kept telling us they “have the best product on the market”. Rather than health care or truly caring about the patients needs this is whole a business scheme that is only concerned with the amount of money they bring in every day.
