I’ve participated in strength sports for years, and my mobility and flexibility aren’t great. I took a Restore class as my first Pilates class ever. It stretched me out, and it’s possible to sweat while you relax. Alissa Ruble is a wonderful instructor with more than enough patience for a Pilates newcomer. Her instructions are descriptive, and she’ll gently and discretely correct you when you need it. Alissa and a Restore class are highly recommended as part of any rest and recovery program.

From the front desk staff to the pilates instructors this is my favorite CP studio. Whether you take Alyssa,Aubrie, Ballee, Candace, Caroline or Vanessa, you will be challenged and have fun. They teach the bodies in front of them and I have yet to experience the same routine twice. I love Club Pilates because it is incorporates reformer, chair, springboard and more. If you are on the fence about Club pilates try out an intro class. I did and became hooked.

If you would have asked me 2 months ago if I would be taking Pilates classes 3-4 days a week, I would have probably laughed in your face. As a strength athlete I HIGHLY underestimated the need for what Pilates offers. Not just for my mind muscle connection and recovery purposes. The kindness, encouragement, motivation, and fun that comes with each class keeps me coming back for more. I appreciate the form corrections and attention to detail each instructor provides, that’s not something you get from many classes these days. If you are on the fence about trying a class, just take the jump. You won’t regret it!
