Sarah made sure I knew my concerns were valid, and that the situation should have been handled much differently. Thank you Sarah, for your service and support! I arrived at my GNC store in Philadelphia, MS at approximately 6:51pm today, Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The door was locked, even though the sign on the door said the store should be open until 7pm. The store clerk was behind the register counting her till when I arrived. She refused to open the door, stating, “I have to count my till down and leave.” I told her, “it’s not 7, the store is open.” She repeated, “I have to count down my register.” I asked, “who can I call to report this?” She said, “nobody,” then she smiled at me and continued counting. I would have been a first time customer at GNC. I had to rush to be here before seven, just to be turned away at the door because the cashier wanted to close early. Very disappointed.
