  As we transitioned my dad from home health to hospice, I can say that this company was wonderful. Caroline Driver was an awesome nurse and John Paul did great with PT. Definitely recommend if anyone needs Home health.

  Chandler is the bomb dot com! 🫶🏻🙌🏻 She has great communication and is extremely friendly. She is even forming a relationship with my toddlers that are always here when she visits. She shows up even when I need her last minute. 12/10 recommend Vital Caring. I always have enough supplies and someone to help with my medical needs. Thank you. 🙏🏻

  I wish I could say my experience was great here. I had 3 visits before I canceled. The nurse was nice but couldn't remember a pulse-ox or her battery was dead in this or that. Was here maybe 10 minutes each visit. She loved home improvement shows. My sister was here for my surgery and a few weeks after ( she's a crna) and just shook her head. The last straw was they missed a visit. Never called, never texted until the next day. I had other appointments that day. Now a bill has arrived and I'm wondering what I'm paying for? She sat in her car longer than her visits were, always late, couldn't remember her equipment. I had several companies to choose from. My other knee replacement I will definitely do my research beforehand. I would not choose this company again. NonVitalNoncaring.
