- LMLanae MarleyDec 27, 20251.0My doctor called in meds several days ago. I Called to be sure they received it. The website doesn’t show much that’s correct So I have to call. 4 calls and 4 promises to fill it later they still haven’t filled the meds? What does it take? I guess I will go up and sit all day. I live 40 miles away I can see why they receive low reviews. They say they’re going to get it ready and it’s always the same girl I talk to. Then finally find out some will be ready in 4 days. Can that just be told to me? This isn’t a pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS that will text you when they’re ready or have an updated website. you have to ask for prescriptions to be filled at Kroger even after you sign up for Autorefill. which makes no sense at all. They just say anything to get the customer off the phone and waste time. Please do better. Please have someone answer the phone that knows what they’re doing!
