  My doctor called in meds several days ago. I Called to be sure they received it. The website doesn’t show much that’s correct So I have to call. 4 calls and 4 promises to fill it later they still haven’t filled the meds? What does it take? I guess I will go up and sit all day. I live 40 miles away I can see why they receive low reviews. They say they’re going to get it ready and it’s always the same girl I talk to. Then finally find out some will be ready in 4 days. Can that just be told to me? This isn’t a pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS that will text you when they’re ready or have an updated website. you have to ask for prescriptions to be filled at Kroger even after you sign up for Autorefill. which makes no sense at all. They just say anything to get the customer off the phone and waste time. Please do better. Please have someone answer the phone that knows what they’re doing!

  The pharmacy has a lot of nice people working there and helpful if you have questions. I’ve been getting my prescriptions there for over five years. and I’ve signed up for another year. The store is very clean well organized. The prices are good..

  Have always had good customer care without any issues getting medications filled. The pharmacy staff here informs you when they are out of a medication, but also when they expect to have it in instead of having you guess and pull teeth together answers. Far different than the surrounding Kroger Pharmacies

  Pharmacy struggles to get prescriptions correct. It's really so much I don't want to type it all. They can't handle changes to a prescription. I have found myself needing the doctor's to get involved because the pharmacy keeps messing up! Ex. They filled the exact order for me two days after I had gotten it filled. Exhausting! Rated it two stars because the most recent pharmacy rep was really knowledgeable and took her time to find their mistake.

  The customer service here is horrendous. I had my presciption called in, which they finally verified after 4 attempts because they continued misspelling my last name in the system. They said “yes, we have your prescription and are working on it now.” So, I give them over an hour before I go back. I get to the window and they tell me it’s out of stock and to come back tomorrow. Truly, a horrible experience for someone who is sick trying to get medicine. Will absolutely never come back.
